Home / Coaching / The Teardown
$2,500. Delivered in ten business days.

You hit a million.
What did you pay yourself?

An outside read of your numbers and your operation, written down, with three things to do about it and a list of what I am deliberately leaving alone.

It starts with a questionnaire. About twelve minutes. At the end you will know what is open to you and what it costs.

What you get

Six pages. Not two hundred.

Page one is one sentence: what you told me your biggest problem is, and what your numbers say it actually is. The gap between those two things is the entire product.

Then four pages, one each on money, growth, operations, and you. Every number carries a verdict. A number without a verdict is trivia.

The last page is three priorities in a thirty day order, and a list of everything real I found and am not touching yet, with the reason attached to each one. Not touching your pricing until your show rate is fixed, because raising prices on a leaky funnel raises the cost of the leak. That kind of reason.

Nothing else gets added until those three have run for thirty days. If you finish them early you will want more. The answer will still be thirty days.

How it runs
01

The questionnaire

Twelve minutes. It ends by telling you what you are eligible for. Most people start here. Some can start further up.

02

You pay, then you get the checklist

Three sheets. Money, growth, operations. Plus one page where you log what you personally did last week, hour by hour. That page is the one people remember.

03

You send exports

Never logins. Never account access. If half of it is blank, that is not a failed intake. That is finding number one.

04

I walk you through it live

On a call, out loud, before you read it alone. Then you get the document.

What it is not

I do not do the work.

I do not run your ads, write your emails, build your systems, or manage your staff. I do the diagnosis, set the order, set the standard, and review what you did.

If I do it, it leaves when I leave. You are paying me to make it permanent.

There is also no vault, no template pack, no library, and no modules. The restraint is the product. Other companies hand you two hundred documents and you implement none of them.

Before you start

Three things, plainly.

It is $2,500, paid in full, and it is non refundable. It is never credited against anything else you might buy later.

It is delivered within ten business days of your materials arriving. Not from the day you pay. The clock starts when your side is done.

Everything you send is deleted thirty days after delivery, and you get written confirmation with the date on it.

Full terms: read them here.

About twelve minutes, twenty nine questions.

There are no right answers and this is not a quiz. Some of these you will not be able to answer, and that is information. Estimates are fine everywhere.

Read this before you buy.

You told me the business has under a month of expenses covered and is carrying serious debt. A Teardown takes ten business days and it is non refundable.

If cash is the emergency this week, the two calls that matter more than this one are your lender and your accountant, in that order. Both are free.

If you have already made those calls, or you know something else is wrong, keep going.

You can start anywhere.

Most people do the Teardown first, because it is how I find out what is actually wrong before anybody commits to anything. You do not have to.

Two ways in.

The Teardown tells you the truth once. The Board makes sure you cannot ignore it fifty times a year. Most people do the first before the second. You can go straight to the second if you already know what your problem is.

Not right now, and not because of your answers.

I run four of these at a time. Any more and the ten business day promise stops being true, and a promise I break on delivery is a bad way to start.

The next opening is the next opening. You are on the list and you get it first, before it goes back on the site. No deposit, no card, nothing held.

That did not send.

Something went wrong on my end, not yours. Email me directly at anthonyamenfitness@gmail.com and I will pick it up from there.

Everything here stays between us. Nothing in this form goes into a mailing list.
