A gym owner over a million has no investors, no board, and no boss. This is your first one. Four owners and me, one hour a week, every week.
The Teardown tells you the truth once. The Board makes sure you cannot ignore it fifty times a year.
Not a mastermind. Not a community. Not group coaching with a rotating topic every week.
Every session opens the same way: last week's commitments read out loud, done or not done, in front of the other three. That is the product. Everything else is arrangement around it.
Then the question is never how was your week. It is what is your biggest constraint right now. Two owners go deep each session, rotating. The others ask questions. I give the verdict.
My own commitment goes on the board every week too, and the room calls me out when I miss it. I am not running the meeting from outside it.
All four scorecards, updated before every session, seen by everybody. Revenue, payroll percent, churn, what you took home, and whether you did what you said you would.
That is not a feature I am selling you. It is the mechanism. A room where everyone protects their numbers is a networking group, and there are plenty of those.
Two consequences. There is a confidentiality clause with real teeth in the agreement. And two owners from the same metro market are never seated together, because nobody shows real numbers to a competitor twenty minutes away.
I am not going to tell you this frees up your time or lowers your stress. Every competitor says that and none of them measure it.
Here is what moves instead, and all four are on your scorecard from week one: days you are physically in the building, down. Decisions that only you are allowed to make, down. What you take home, up. And you can name your top three priorities without guessing.
Same outcome. Written as numbers, so in March you can check whether it happened.
$3,075 every four weeks. Thirteen cycles a year.
The cohort starts March 1 2027, or earlier if it fills. Everyone starts together. There is no rolling entry, because four owners only expose real numbers if they walk in at the same starting line.
A $3,075 deposit holds your place in the queue. It does not buy a seat. Seats are assembled deliberately and I decide who sits together.
Your deposit is fully refundable until December 31 2026. After that it is committed. If I cannot seat you it is refunded in full at any time, for any reason, including after that date. Billing and your thirty day guarantee both start the day the cohort launches, not the day you put money down.
If four seats have not filled by March 1, everybody who put money down gets all of it back and a new date. You will never be waiting on this without a date in front of you.
Thirteen questions, about eight minutes.
Hold a seatNo card, no payment on this page. This is where I find out whether the room works with you in it.
I read every one of these myself. You will hear from me within three business days.
If it looks like a fit we will talk before anything is decided and before any money moves. Seats are assembled deliberately, so this is a conversation, not a queue you buy your way into.
Something went wrong on my end, not yours. Email me directly at anthonyamenfitness@gmail.com and I will pick it up from there.
Nothing here is shared with anyone. If we do not work together it is deleted.
