You introduce a gym owner. If they become a client, you get paid on what I actually collect. No tiers, no volume targets, nothing to buy, and the same deal for everyone in it.
| They buy | Price | You get |
|---|---|---|
| The Teardown | One time diagnostic | $500 |
| The Board | Every four weeks | $4,000 |
| Fractional Operator | Every four weeks | $14,625 |
| Any renewal after year one | $0 |
Paid on cash I collect. Never on a signature, never per lead.
One introduction can pay twice. A Teardown referral who moves up to a Board seat inside the next year pays you $500, then $4,000.
You can refer yourself. If you own a gym over a million and you want a Teardown, use your own page and take the fee.
Gym owners doing a million dollars or more a year. Almost always someone who already finished a growth program, hit the number that program promised, and found their own life unchanged. They are the bottleneck for every decision in the business and their income does not reflect the size of what they built.
I sell owner take home. Not revenue, not leads.
Owners under a million are not a fit. I route them somewhere better suited and nobody gets charged for it.
The Teardown is the door. Nobody buys anything above it without one first. Every introduction you make is an introduction to a paid diagnostic. That is the only thing you ever have to sell.
The Teardown. In full, within fifteen business days of delivery. Nothing gets clawed back. It is non refundable and it has already been delivered.
The Board and Fractional Operator. Half at day 31, once the client's refund window closes. Half at the six month mark, once the minimum term is done.
If a client refunds inside 60 days, that first half comes back. If they leave after day 61, you keep it and the second half is not paid. After six months, nothing is ever clawed back.
You get your own referral page the day you sign. Your name on it, your link. Send that instead of an email.
Anyone who applies through your page is yours for twelve months from the day they apply, on anything they buy inside that window. No forms to file, no emails to log, nothing to chase.
Four of them. All four are removal, not a warning.
I can decline any referral, including for capacity, and nothing is owed on one I decline. Full terms are in the partner agreement you sign.
