A full Teardown Plus of one Long Island gym. Twelve weeks, filmed start to finish, and published. Your real numbers, your real name, and my real verdict, in front of everybody.
It costs you nothing. That is not the hard part.
Applications close September 15. It starts October 1. One winner.
On the show I talked about my team flying to your location. That is the paid Operator tier, and I should have separated the two more clearly than I did.
This one is Long Island only, Nassau or Suffolk. The crew filming it drives, and there is no travel budget on a thing nobody is paying for. My team still comes into your building. They just do not get on a plane to do it.
If you are outside that, I would rather you read it here than after fifteen minutes on the form.
Everything I say about this method, I have proved on exactly one business: my own. That is not enough and I know it is not enough.
So I am going to do the whole thing on somebody else, on camera, and publish it whether it makes me look good or not. If the verdict is wrong, you will watch it be wrong. If they ignore the three priorities, you will watch that too.
That is the deal I am making with everybody watching. This is the part where I stop describing it.
An episode of the show, sat across from each other, going through your numbers out loud. What you told me your problem was, and what the data says it actually is.
I walk your floor and go through the findings where they actually live. The three priorities, and everything I am deliberately not touching.
This is the Plus. My CFO, my CMO and my COO come into your business with me. Each of them takes what they need out of it and comes back with practical steps from their own seat. Not a demonstration of the work. The work.
We sit back down at the end of it. What got done, what did not, and what changed in the numbers. This one is not scripted and it is not guaranteed to be flattering.
You are willing to hear the hard truth. This is the first thing I am looking for and it outranks your numbers. I am not going to hold your hand and I am not going to be cruel about it either. I am going to tell you what you are screwing up and then hold you to fixing it. If you already know it all, do not apply. Arrogance disqualifies you faster than bad revenue ever will.
You collected at least $750,000 in the last twelve months. That is the bare minimum. I would rather you were already at a million, because I want to walk into something that is built and find out why it stopped.
You are comfortable being documented. Your real name, your gym, your real numbers. Revenue, payroll, debt, and what you actually paid yourself. All of it filmed and published. Anonymised does not prove anything, so I am not offering it.
You are on Long Island, Nassau or Suffolk. The crew has to be able to drive there. See the correction above.
You can commit to twelve weeks starting October 1. If you disappear halfway, the series ends halfway and that is the episode.
The Teardown. You send me your business information under an NDA and I come back with exact recommendations. Not principles. What to do, in what order, and how to do it. That is the $2,500 product and you are not paying for it.
The Plus. My CFO, CMO and COO go in as well and each come back with practical steps from their own seat. That part is not something you can currently buy at any price.
Twelve weeks of me holding you to it. The recommendations are worthless if you nod at them and go back to your week. That is what the twelve weeks are for.
Four professionally produced episodes about your business. Yours to use in your own marketing, on your own channels, for as long as you want. If you want the raw footage as well, ask and you get it. You also come on the show before the twelve weeks start.
Most gyms on this island have never had anything like that made about them, and nobody is going to make it for them. The next section is the part most owners stop at.
No money changes hands for any of this. The Teardown is $2,500, the Plus is not for sale, and you are not paying for either.
I said on the show that there is no other monetary catch and there is not. I also said that if it works and you want to keep going afterwards, there are paid tiers. Both of those are true at once. You are under no obligation to take one, and nobody is going to chase you about it.
What you are paying with is exposure. Every competitor on Long Island will see what you collect and what you take home. So will your staff, your landlord, and your members. Some of what comes out will not be flattering, and I am not going to cut it because it stings.
You also get the work itself and the document. Owners who let themselves be examined in public tend to come out of it looking like the most serious person in their market.
Think about it properly before you apply. Talk to whoever needs to be talked to. A yes you take back in November is worse for both of us than a no today.
You fill in the form below. Eighteen questions, about fifteen minutes. Six of them are numbers and the rest are you talking. It closes September 15 and I read all of them after it closes, not as they arrive, so there is no advantage to going early.
You get an email straight away confirming I have it. If a requirement rules you out, that email says so on the spot instead of leaving you waiting a month for a no.
Between September 16 and 22 I shortlist three people and call each of them. That call is not a sales call. It is me making sure you understand what publishing your take home does inside your own building, and you making sure I am somebody you want doing this.
September 22 you hear from me either way. Picked or not picked, from me, not from silence.
September 23 to 30, the agreements. An appearance release, a participation agreement with the dates in it, and releases for any staff on camera. Read them properly.
October 1 it starts, and your materials are due that day. Your profit and loss with monthly columns, twelve months of payroll detail, what you personally took out, your debt with balances and payments, your leads by source, your full pricing menu including the discounts and the one guy still paying 2019 rates, your org chart, a list of the titles of every written process you have, and one week of your own calendar written down honestly.
Send what you have. Do not build anything. If half of it does not exist, that is not a failed intake, that is the first finding. There is a difference between a business doing badly and a business that cannot tell you how it is doing, and the shape of what you cannot send is how I tell those apart.
Then twelve weeks, October 1 to late December. Filming days across that window, my team inside your business, and me holding you to the priorities in between. The last sit down shows what actually changed, and it is not guaranteed to be flattering.
The episodes publish in January and February. Permanently, under your name.
Nothing here is guaranteed to work. I said that on the show and I am not going to soften it on a web page. I am not a financial advisor and this is not financial advice. What I will do is show you exactly what I would do, and then show everybody whether it worked.
I read every one of these myself. Applications close September 15.
I read every application myself. You will hear from me by September 22, either way.
If you are shortlisted we will talk on the phone before anything is decided, and before anybody signs anything.
I read every application myself. You will hear from me by September 22, either way.
The window for this one has shut. There is not a second one scheduled and there might never be, so there is nothing here to sign up for.
Something went wrong on my end, not yours. Email me directly at anthonyamenfitness@gmail.com and I will pick it up from there.
Nothing you write here is published unless you are chosen and you sign an agreement first.
Your email goes on my list so I can tell you what happened, and so you get the show when it drops. Nothing else on this form does. Your numbers stay where you put them. One click gets you off the list.
