043: Life Is An Adventure With Mason Gravley
Show notes
Take a journey on this wild ride as we dive into the world of Mason Gravley.
Mason talks to us about how he got started becoming the host of his show Adventure Sports Podcast. Which all came about when one summer in college, he decided to bike from Alaska all the way back home to Florida. That is over 5000 miles on a road bike...
With absolutely no experience on how to change a tire, they embarked in the snow and rain. He said that he regrets none of it.
He loved it so much he decided that he would bike cross country 6 more times!!
This mind-blowing story had us talking about how people don't ever go after different things. We tend to stick to our mundane lives and push all that sense of adventure off for too long.
But, what if we didn't?
What if you just took your family cross country?
What if you took an opportunity to hike the mountains?
Would you experience life differently?
Would you learn how to handle stress better?
Yes, you would. Everything would see and feel live differently, enjoying all the things that life has to offer!
