We all know fitness is not just about how you look, but it is also about how you feel!

We have Amie Markowitz, LCSW on the show as she talks about her story of losing over 100lbs!! Not only did she lose all that weight, she even decided to become a NASM certified trainer!

Her full time job as a Social Worker and her experience in her own weight loss journey, helped open her eyes to a whole new approach to fitness.  She has decided to combine the 2 together to help create something new.  A type of training where she combines social work with exercise, so her clients can reap the mental benefits from both.

So take a dive into this episode, learn all about mental health and see health and fitness in a whole new light!

PSA: Her audio didn't transcribe well, please raise volume when she speaks
