Jesse has suffered from hypothyroidism for many years and was wondering why she always felt run down and tired.  Her solution was to start eating gluten free, which she soon turned her love for baking into a gluten free treat shop!

After divulging into our sweet tooth, we go back around into talking about the benefits of Tai-Chi.  Tai-Chi is super beneficial to anyone looking to get control back of their bodies.  It combines breathing into movements and can help those really regain some functional balance in their lives.
