You have to start somewhere.
Whether it be at the age of 16 or 70, everybody can benefit from working out.

We have Cody Kelly on the show as he talks about things he wish he knew about working out.

When your younger, it is all about working your biceps, running on a treadmill, or just playing basketball.  We fail to realize the importance of working our full body or even hitting weights in general.  That moment we do decide to really commit to the weights, we listen to our friends that really don't know what they are doing.

Safety is a big topic and injuries are common among beginners.  This is why it is important to really have someone teach you that actually knows how to properly work out.  Coaches and trainers have to be knowledgeable in this area and even a few sessions can go a long way.

Benefits of working your full body, can also go a long way.  For men, we tend to just hit our upper body. But you can't build a house without a good foundation.
For women, it is the opposite, they either just hit legs or just run.  Women need to focus on trying to build muscle, which is what ultimately helps you lose weight.

Having a well-rounded exercise routine can help make your time working out more productive and really bring big results!
