You hear that a lot, but as you all know 64% of people don't accomplish their New Years Goals.
Why is that?
Why do we even bother?
Well have you ever tried a SMART goal? Not smart in the cognitive sense but, SMART as in goals.

M-Measurable
A-Attainable
R-Realistic
T-Timely
Have something that is achievable will not only make it happen, but smaller steps lead to bigger gains!
So instead of just trying to lose 50 lbs, why not start with just tracking what you eat? Or eating one less cookie!
