No music, no hype just truth
I lay it on hard and offer 10 tips to help make tomorrow better!
Here are 10 tips from truly successful people.

1.       Love and work on yourself.  The only person who can change you, is you! No one else will spend as much time and energy to get yourself going. It all starts with a positive mindset and conditioning your brain to take massive action

2.       Get moving. start exercising. Nothing in the world will help make you more productive and energtic then an exercise routine.  No matter if you need to lose weight or not, the benefits of exercising are worth every single second.

3.       Eat better.  Suffer from brain fog, cant seem to think straigtt, sick of the way you look.  All that is determintal when it comes to being productive.  Would you rather satisfy that short term benefit from sweets or the long term benefit that comes from eating better.

4.       Get enough sleep but, don’t just lay in bed.  Sleep is vital for an efficient and energized brain.  Get that 8 hours, but do not hit that snooze button.  Once that alarm goes off, get up and do something to get your mind right!

5.       Mimic and learn from the best.  You want to be the best, start acting like it.  It wasn’t luck that got Edison or Einstein to make ever lasting discoveries.  It was hard work and determination.

6.       Read more.  Bill Gates reads 50 books a year because they help expand and grow your mind.

7.       Define your goals. Saying you want to be successful isn’t enough. Success looks different for every person.  Define your goals to be specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and timely.

8.       Write down your daily goals and tasks.  How many times do you find yourself doing meaningless tasks? How many times do you get sucked into things that won’t better your tomorrow? Is it often? Then write them down!  Write them down, make them visible, cross them off  and when you complete them, start over with new ones.

9.       Get your mind right. If you think you aren’t good enough, then guess what you wont be.  If you think you will never make it, you wont make it.  Positive, focused thinking leads to positive, focused behavior.

10.   NO EXCUSES! I mean it.  No ifs, no buts and only show action.  Excuses are weak and pointless.  Take responsibility for your life and do it.
