050: How Boxing Saved My Life with Mr. St. Pete
Show notes
Clarence Booth grew up in St. Petersburg, Florida — a place he describes as “the hood,” where danger and adversity were a daily reality. In this powerful episode of The Anthony Amen Show (formerly Health & Fitness Redefined), Clarence opens up about how boxing became his escape, his discipline, and ultimately the vehicle that allowed him to build a completely different life.
From sleeping in a boxing gym while chasing his dream… to finding joy in the smallest moments… to discovering the inner “winner” he believes exists in every one of us — Clarence’s story is raw, inspiring, and packed with lessons in resilience, mindset, and purpose.
If you’re looking for motivation, this episode will hit you harder than a left hook.
