Chris is just like you and I
He loves his beer.  I mean who doesn't like opening a nice can of beer after a long day of work.

Well, Chris's story changed when he decided that he was going to get in shape and do that by running.  Running then became his passion and he soon realized that alcohol and 6am runs, don't really mix.
So he then discovered Athletic Brewing and other NA beer companies that he could enjoy while also working hard on his runs.

Come listen as we meander through, getting beers after races
Talk all things beer
and I quiz Chris on stuff he definitely didn't want to know
