008 That Nurse Life: Sarah talks about being a full time nurse and a trainer
Show notes
In this episode we dive deep into what it is like to be on both sides of the spectrum. Being a nurse and a personal trainer, Sarah gets to see both sides.
Being a nurse, she gets to see what it is like for those people that don't take care of themselves and as a trainer she gets to really help dive deeper into why it is important to stay active and healthy
An interesting fact, is that most nurses are actually overweight and unhealthy. You would think being in the medical field, that it would be an eye opener for them but, just the opposite is true. So is it that they just are truly unaware on how to be healthy or is it the case that their jobs are just too stressful and demanding.

We dive deep into this and it is truly worth the listen
