About me
Early Life
From a young age, I have always felt that I was meant for something great. I knew deep inside that there has to be more to life then where I was, but really understanding took a long time.
Grade school was some of the worst years of my life. I was consistently bullied, pushed as an outcast, and it really made me struggle with my self-esteem. If it wasn't for my extremely supportive family, I probably wouldn't be where I am today.
Even with all the negativity and hardships I went through, by 9th grade, after 8 years of being picked on and alone, I decided it was time for a change. I forced myself to break out of my comfort zone and put myself out there. It was the 2nd hardest thing, I ever did in my life, but it changed me forever.
College Years
I am not going to sit here and write about all my college escapades, but in college is where my life changed forever.
Most people go to college to get a degree, get a good job and push themselves out into the workforce. Apparently, the point of me going to college was to play broom ball, get a concussion and permanently ruin my neck.
Long story short, my concussion left me with 5 herniated discs, frozen shoulder, zero range of motion and chronic migraines. After visiting over 25 doctors and not getting any help, I took matters into my own hands . Through trial and error, I was able to rehab myself completely. Without this injury, I never would've went into Personal training and my life definitely wouldn't be where i am now
After College To Today
After college, I was able to get my head on straight and start pursuing my dreams. I dove head first into the fitness field and pushed myself to the top. Through constant effort, I was able to open up my own personal training studio, which has a mission to help those that want to give up. I am goals now are to spread the word that life isn't worth giving up on and anyone can achieve anything. I plan on growing Redefine Fitness to a fully established brand, push myself into motivational speaking and eventually leave a permanent mark on this world
